Clothing FAQ's
Delivery information
We aim to deliver our clothing as quickly as possible to ensure full customer satisfaction. However as we are currently a small team, deliveries to addresses in the UK may take up to 7 days to arrive.
As we are based in the UK we do have to ask for a higher shipping fee to countries outside of the UK. Deliveries to outside of the UK will take up to 18 days to arrive.
How do I track my order?
A postage tracking number will be sent via email, along with your purchase receipt.
Customs tax
If purchasingfrom outside the UK, orders may be subject to a customs tax.
My order is wrong
If you have received the wrong product send an email to info@fitnessgoat.store
including the following:
- Your order numer
- The name of the item you didn't receive
- A photo and the name of the wrong item you have received
Once received, a member of our customer support team will be in touch.
Returns & refunds
To submit a return request send an email to info@fitnessgoat.store
including:
- Your order number
- Your reason for sending the item back
Once received, a member of our team will be in touch.
We ask that you fund the postage of the item and return the item in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in.
Our policy lasts for 30 days after your purchase, after which we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund.
Shipping isn't available in my country
We are trying to deliver worldwide so if we are currently unable to ship to your country please email info@fitnessgoat.store with the name of the country you wish for us to deliver to.
